Email
How do I check/configure my email?
You can check your email by logging into your  CPanel and clicking on the Webmail button in the Mail section. Click on  Go to Webmail Login, then fill in the fields using your preferred email  client (Horde, SquirrelMail, or RoundCube) with your username and  password, and click OK.

To configure Outlook  (Windows)/Entourage (Mac)/Mail (Mac) to retrieve and send email  messages, log in to your CPanel and click on the Webmail button. Click  on Go to Webmail Login, then click on Configure Mail Client. You will  be presented with specific instructions on how to configure your client.

You can check your email by configuring your email client (Outlook, Mail, or a browser-based email like Gmail or Yahoo!).

I'm getting too much spam, what do I do?
Log on to your CPanel. In the Mail section, click on Spam Assassin. By  default, Spam Assassin is disabled; turn this on by clicking on the  Enable SpamAssassin button.

How do I get my files and images to my site?

FTP
What is FTP?
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It's how you can upload and manage the files on your website.

How do I get to my site's FTP?
Log in to your website's CPanel by going to www.yourdomainname.com where yourdomainname is your website's name, and filling in your username and password. (The  username and password was sent to your email address when your account  was activated.)

You can use FTP to access your website files. You must  first set up an FTP account by logging in to your CPanel. Watch this  video in high-bandwidth or low-bandwidth versions to see how to set up an FTP account.

There are a number of free FTP clients for Windows (such as FileZilla) and Mac (such as Cyberduck), as well as browser-based clients (such as the donation-ware add-on FireFTPMozilla Firefox).
